Term and Conditions


  • You must present the receipt to receive the product and out of warranty product will be delivered against payment.
  • Warranty service does not cover, misuse. Physical damage, accessories and other unauthorized modification or repairs.
  • A unit should be collected within 60 days after notification and HT reserve the right to dispose of any unclaimed product.
  • All the charged are nonrefundable.
  • Software once sold will not exchangeable or refundable.
  • A client must sign the Service Order Sheet
  • Warranty only with Valid Credentials Will be taken care by HT and will claim to a relevant Service provider.
  • All the Repairs having 30 days Warranty (Accidental damage and liquid Damage are not accepted)
  • An extended warranty will cover only manufacturing issues (Accidental damage and liquid Damage are not accepted)
  • HT Shield will cover Accidental damage and liquid Damage as well.
  • Loaner Device will be provided only for specific customers.
  • Out of warranty Apple Product will repair by HT in High Tech HT-Lab.
  • Data Transfer from device to another device is Chargeable.
